The Cox Care Mobile has pushed back the start date for the charging of sports physicals until April 1, 2018.
Beginning April 1, 2018, the Care Mobile will be billing for certain services:
Sports Physicals-
- Student who qualifies for free or reduced meals, no insurance- No charge
- Student who does not qualify for free or reduced meals, no insurance- $25.00 charge
The Care Mobile is scheduled to be here on March 20, 2018. For the March visit, your child can still receive a sports physical free of charge. Call today to schedule an appointment. Thank you!
