December Cox Care Mobile

The Cox Care Mobile is scheduled to be at Clever Schools on Thursday, December 1, 2016. Your child can be seen for FREE whether you have insurance or not. Services are available for children ages birth to eighteen years. You may call the school nurse to inquire about the services provided, to schedule an appointment, or to receive the necessary paperwork. Thank you!

Christmas Carol Unit

Parents and Students,

We are beginning our yearly unit over Dickens' A Christmas Carol.  This is a lengthy unit, and in order to finish reading, discussing, and assessing students will be bringing home work quite frequently.  Now, students will have ample time in class to work on most if not all of the work, but if they do not use their time wisely in class they will most definitely have homework every night or every other night.

Once we take our final assessment over A Christmas Carol we will watch the video and take an assessment over the comparisons and contrasts between the two.

We have lots of good things going on in English this quarter!

FBLA Fundraiser

FBLA would like to thank the students for raising approximately $500 towards care packages for our troops.  The army men are being displayed throughout the building and will go home on November 18.

Clever Wear Orders Due

CleverWear orders are due on November 11.  Please make sure all order forms and money are turned into the office by then.  If you need an order form please have your student pick one up in the 5-8 office.

Flu Shots for Students

Flu vaccines are available on the Cox Care Mobile for students that do not have insurance or for students that have active Medicaid.  The Care Mobile will be here next week on November 9th.  Call your school nurse to schedule an appointment.
