Beginning March 1, 2018, the Cox Care Mobile will be billing for Sports Physicals:
· Sports Physical
o Student who qualifies for free or reduced lunches – no charge
o Student who does not qualify for free or reduced lunches - $25.00 charge
Those that do not qualify for free or reduce lunches, will receive a sports physical flyer regarding payment.
o There are several payment options listed on the flyer; payment must be received 3-5 days prior to their scheduled appointment or student will be rescheduled for a later date.
o Student without health insurance will receive the sports physical at no charge.
